between seasonal tables and starred restaurants, in France and on the other side of the world...

Here we create combinations of flavors,

inspired by what the thousand corners of the world offer us

respecting the seasons, plants and animals as much as possible.

Everything is homemade with love, passion and awareness,

by leaving the right to explore polymorphic universes.

Raw materials and beverages are carefully selected

in order to get closer to the producer and the living.

I want to create this ethical, human, accessible and benevolent place.
